Recruit Company Kilo-181 all received the new revised edition of Coast Guard Publication 1 U.S. Coast Guard: America's Maritime Guardian from the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard today. Master Chief Petty Officer Charles Bowen congratulated all the graduating recruits and shared a few words of wisdom with them at their graduation ceremony.
