To all parents, friends and family of recruits in Lima 184. We are following lead of India, Juliette, and Kilo companies. Anyone interested in meeting and greeting one another on Thursday, 2/24, at The Cabanas Beach Bar in CM please respond. I'm posting this here as not all of you are on the FB USCG Lima 184 page where it is also posted. If we get enough response, we will go for it ;) Thanks Charlene

"Hi Charlene,
Here are the accommodations we have been offering the India, Juliette, and Kilo companies. We will be able to provide full bar and seasonal menu service, along with a DJ for dancing and entertainment for the families, friends, and grads of your Company. Generally speaking, we need to be able to count on at least 35 individuals to merit opening, which has not been a problem thus far. The best strategy is to model Julie Love's efforts, as India Company is mounting numbers of 175 +. We do not need a guaranteed head count, but, for my planning purposes for staffing requirements, an informal RSVP is usually helpful. I need about three days lead time to secure staff, which I base upon estimated attendees. Naturally, the staff needed for 35-50 people is quite different than the staffing required for higher numbers. Cabanas is overjoyed to help in any way, and we are the perfect place for a pre-graduation (or post-graduation for that matter!) celebration. I can email you our seasonal menu, and there will always be an addition or two as specials. Further, you can reach me at the restaurant, 609-884-4800 any day but Tuesday and Wednesday, and my cell number is 609-741-6778 which you should use on my days off, or should you not get an answer at the restaurant.

I look forward to hearing from you soon, and congratulations to your graduates!"
