..I hope you read this soon as possible and i hope that this is the right blog..My mom and I got into a bad car accident this morning around 10...WE ARE OKAY...we were slowing down to turn into a place in NC sunday and a car going 70 or more hit us on the right side bumper and half of there car went under that side of the hummer,We flipped over 4 times,I was screaming...it was crazy, then when we finally stopped flipping my side of the hummer(passenger side) was up in the air,my mom's side was on the concrete. after that the hummer started smoking and i was dangling..thank god we had on seat belts or we would of been seriously hurt or even....so the car was smoking and people started running out of the buliding..I was screaming at them to help us and get us out..some guys climbed up and opened my side door becuz I couldnt open it..I took off my selt belt and they lifted me out...then they got my mom out..she blacked out but she told me to hold on when the tiny car hit us..I remember everything..omg in going to have nightmares. But after they got us out they were about to put us on a helicopter because 4real..just by looking at the hummer in the air you wouldv'e thought the worse..it looked like we didnt survive, I'm so thankful that they got us out in time. So they put us on strechers and took us to the hospital my dad met us there....we are suing the guys that hit us..they got a reckless driving ticket...its crazy how a small tiny car hit a Huge hummer and made it flip in the air..I'm so shaken up, We dont have any injuries or anything serious...my neck hurts pretty badly and my mom says that she's very very sore. WE are OKAY BEN..so dnt get upset...I saw my whole life flash before my eyes...I honestly thought we were going to die...it looked like an accident that you would see in a movie...it was that bad.
We are so blessed. And I just wanted to let you know.

I love you baby.

Hey Alex,

It was good to hear your voice on Saturday. Screw ups in communication do happen as was the case on Saturday. It would've been great to see you. We will be there on Saturday, this week as well. Now that I got the info from you it will make it easier to make this drive again. Hopefully your sister will be with us as well. Mom will have to drive this time I am driven out.

Did Evan and Dina write you? If you went on the computer Saturday you would have seen their message on FaceBook if you were allowed to access it.

Either way we will fill you in and bring your phone with us so you can catch up with friends.

Stay focused! 11 days and the countdown to graduation moves the adventure closer to the next level.

Let me know as soon as you can about your departure plans because mom could not remember that date either. I need to book us a hotel in Philly so we can just get up and drive to the airport that is close by.

love you son and I look forward to seeing you,

Dad

You are almost halfway through basic training! Congrats! You graduate in 32 days! I read on the blog that you wore a float suit and had to jump in a pool! Sounds interesting. :) Keep working hard and you can accomplish anything!

Jennifer G.at Bravo 182, we were so happy to get your letter yesterday and everything is going good. Hope you get a good assignment. Was hoping to hear about it tonight. Glad the team all passed midterms. That was great seeing you at the concert. That was quite a morale booster and a suprise treat for all the recruits. The journal showed you all had an interesting week. Keep up the good work together. You will all make it. The hardest part is behind you. Now the fine tuning! They were amazed at Billie's progress at yesterday's Cardiologist. She's doing great now.
Love, Grandma and Papa

SR Cunningham, Alph-182 The days are just clicking by! On the down hill run now. Hope all went well during Hurricane Bob, and it didn't cause too much worry and extra work. The boating community always worry about that kind of weather even if it doesn't hit land there is always a sailor out there battening down their hatches! Will see you soon, chin up, heart strong, clam winds and fair seas. Love, Mom

It was great to hear your voice and we are so happy that things are good. We don't get much pictures posted of your company and the journal is a little short, but whatever news we get on your daily life is good enough. I hope that you are hanging in there, I pray for you and your company every day. I can't wait to see you on 9/18/09.

Love you and miss you,
Mom

We miss you so much but we know that you are gaining valuable knowledge and skills. We have talked to Taylor but she wasn't very phone-enthused :) I so wish that we could be there for your graduation, but Paige has MAP testing at the same time at school and cannot miss. We love you very much and are so very proud of you and your accomplishments!
Love you always,
Mom, Kent, Paige and ChaCha
ps..we saw American Idols on Tour! Concert was really good..

This is so cool, being able to post messages to you! I just love technology!! I cannot believe that you graduate in 2 weeks! How did you do in the physical requirement? I'll bet it was cinchy for you. We were pretty sure that pic posted (the one I printed and sent) was of you aiming your rifle..right? I hope that swine flu bypassed you..nasty stuff!! I have talked to Jody a few times..we keep each other updated.
All is good here; Paige back in school and already at a sleepover tonight with a friend. I have the laptop all to myself..haha! Just about to go to bed, but wanted to leave another message for you just so you are aware that we are always thinking of you..and that you are loved very much..
