RECRUIT JOURNALS
Journals are posted to USCGBOOTCAMP by close of business every Tuesday. The first journal for each company is posted in week three of training.
If a journal entry is not posted, it means one of two things, the company is in week one or two of training or the Web master did not receive a submission.
The journals were created to provide family and friends with a peek into the lives of their recruits. The recruit historians try to document the experiences of the company not individual recruits.
We hope you enjoy reading the journals and experiencing Coast Guard Recruit Training through the eyes of our Guardians in the making.

thanx so much V-180 for that detailed journal this week, keep them coming. I wish you all the best on your time at the inaguration, have fun and enjoy. Show them what u are made off. Love the pics, though wish i could see my P.P. hope more pics are coming. miss you P.P.
Weeks of reading the blog and only now do I relize where the reply page is! Thank you for working on the blog and keeping us (parents/friends) connected to the recruit company's progress through training. Your posts provide an insight to their time there we just don't get through the short letters they send home. It seems Victor 180 is getting the teamwork down and I hope they are able to meet the CC's expectations in DC. Looking fwd to seeing everyone on the 29th!!
I've been enjoying all the blogs but look forward especially to Xray 180. Would love to hear more and possibly see pictures. Keep up the good work. Thanks,
